- Up to 90-minute call or meeting with email recap of recommendations
- If you choose to move forward with full advocacy analysis & care management, payment will be credited

Crisis Care Management & Standard Care Management - $120/hour
- On-going guidance and care coordination
- $165/hour during nights/weekends/holiday hours + travel time
Medical Appointment with Care Manager - $75/hour + travel time
Assistant Care Manager/Concierge Companion - $65/hour
- $97.50/hour during nights/weekends/holiday hours + travel time
- One Hour Minimum
Standard Companion - $40/hour
- $45/hour during nights/weekends/holiday hours + travel time
- Three Hour Minimum
Pricing Notes:
- Travel time is calculated at 15 minutes to and from in person appointments within Onondaga county
- Mileage is billed when transporting client or running errands on their behalf
- Hourly rate is billed in 15 minute increments
- Billable time includes all communication: i.e. calls/texts/email, research and coordination of services
